• Pricing is subject to online only.
• The in-store price may differ from online and can not be adjusted on either platform to match the other platform.
• Pricing may increase or decrease without any notice.
• Pictures of items may differ to actual product.
• Items and pricing is subject to availability. Cartridges and Toner pricing are subject to the current exchange rate.
• Sale item pricing may change without prior notice.

Courier Policy

• The courier pricing is just a guideline and the courier cost can either increase or decrease due to the area.
• Free courier of over a R1000 is based on certain items only. Certain items are excluded from free courier.

Return and Refund Policy

• Return or refund is free in-store.
• A full refund is offered within 14 Days of delivery or pick up.
• Exchange is offered within 30 Days of delivery or pick up.
• No exchange or refund on Sale items. Return or exchange via courier will incur a courier fee by the customer.
• If the return or exchange is due to a mistake by Robbins(eg. Providing the wrong item), we will cover the courier completely.
